Buffie Colon Escrow Manager
Buffie Colon has been in the real estate and escrow business for over 20 years, her knowledge and experience with real estate transactions makes her an irreplaceable asset to any transaction. As the neutral third party in a transaction, the escrow officer makes sure both the buyers and sellers financial comply with the residential purchase agreement and properly execute the necessary documents in the transaction. She also gathers the certified funds, loan documents, title and insurance documents, and makes sure the transfer of funds and ownership takes place legally and in the proper sequence. Buffie is experienced with Commercial, REO, Holding, Short Sales, Foreclosure, Private Notes, Refinance, Loans, and Residential Resale escrow transactions. Buffie is a real pro and will make sure your transaction goes as smooth as possible. She is also available to clients for questions and concerns regarding your transaction.

Tim Pine serves as Reliant Escrow Inc. President handling sales, marketing, and stragtegic partneships. Tim works with realators, lenders and developers to actively grow Reliant Escrow's presence while maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction and client retention. Keith Attlesey In House Counsel, Owner
Keith Attlesey is Reliant Escrow's acting in house counsel and shareholder. He brings 15 years of legal experience in the real estate industry as the founder and managing partner of the real estate and business boutique law firm of Attlesey Storm, LLP. Mr. Attlesey represents trustee services companies, institutional lenders, banks, investors, property management companies, start-up to publicly traded companies and service providers in foreclosure, bankruptcy and landlord-tenant related matters in the default services arena (including defense and pursuit of pre-foreclosure, foreclosure and post-foreclosure related litigation, workouts, title issues, and surplus foreclosure sales proceeds distribution and recovery).
Tina Suihkonen CFO, Owner
Tina Suihkonen is the Chief Finacial Officer of Reliant Escrow Inc. With over 15 years of California Real Estate industry, Tina has worked in various capacities including Vice President of the operations of a "Fortune 500" Title Insurance Company. Tina retains vast knowledge of default proceedings, particularly pertaining to complex commercial and high liability properties, including multi-million dollar deeds of trust, blanket trust deeds, multiple deeds of trust, private investor deeds of trust, all inclusive trust deeds, mixed collateral and land contracts, as well as residential foreclosures.
